You do mean the whole out-sole, right? A midsole is literally between the insole and the outsole. This is probably just an outsole glued to the upper and insole. Thanks for the info on products to use. I’m looking at a veg tanned leather Moc-toe boot that only comes with a white wedge. The thick Italian Vegetable tanned leather is beautiful but the white wedge makes it look like a sneaker. Ugly in my opinion. Nice and quick to the point.

Informative and dry humor, no extra charge. Well maybe. I just need to send my boot up to you. Leather from 80s or 90s, maybe earlier. A rubberized type sole. The whole thing just peeled off. I watched videos and used Barge in the red and yellow can. I thought it was on for good. But, noooo . . . . Peeled off again, Maestro. I'm like, 'how the heck could this happen?' With some expletives.

What's the heating for and what if you don't have heatgun, why dont just stick them after the 5 minutes dry period? Is PU adhesive different instructions compare to a common rubber based contact cement where they just tell you to contact them after 5 minutes?

The main issue I’m having is the angelus paint flaking off the foam midsole. Will this technique help with that?

Shoukd you remove the sole completely or just fix the exposed parts if your running shoes been left unused for 2 years and the sole starting to seperate with area"s" exposed when you start use it again

Would u have any tips for doing this? Im trying to get that same piece off another shoe, then cut to make it fit correctly but its not an easy process..

Great video! Would this also work on other midsoles, for exampe Asics FFBlast+ and Saucony PWRRUN PB? Boost is a pre-expanded TPU foam, the FFBlast+ is EVA with Olefin (synthetic fiber), and the PWRRUN PB is PEBAX like Nike.
